Zhejiang Dongliang New Material Co., Ltd., established in 1985, is a large-scaled aluminum manufacturer specialized in the production of various aluminum alloy profiles, aluminum decorative sheets and PS aluminum base plates. Our company has set up 3 production factories, totally covering an area of over 400,200 square meters. We are equipped with over 30 international advanced production lines imported from Japan, Italy, Germany and America, including equipment for extrusion, electrophoresis, powder coating, colorful anodizing, PVDF coating and timber grain printing as well as the strong ability for aluminum plate work processes and aluminum door / window-making, with an annual productivity of 70,000 metric tons of aluminum profiles, 50,000 metric tons of aluminum sheets and 20,000 metric tons of PS aluminum base plates. We have become the largest production base in east China for aluminum profiles with surface treatment of powder coating and PVDF coating. Our whole set of vertical powder coating plant imported from Italy meets international advanced level in the powder coating of aluminum profiles. With our PVDF coating production line imported from Japan, we are able to make various PVDF aluminum profiles, and curtain wall decorative plates whose annual productivity is 400,000 square meters.
